10 Salads to Pack for Lunch

Last year, I made a New Year’s resolution to pack lunch more often. I started packing salads every day (usually kale or romaine lettuce, black beans, corn, kalamata olives, tomatoes, carrots, avocado, and olive oil and vinegar) but this year I would like to try to add in a bit more variety.
